Traffic Cometh Even If It Is Not Invited

See I start a blog like this add some pertinent text and before I know it traffic is pouring in. How do these people find me? I am not surprised spammers find me, thanks for askimet, but they are not a problem as they are gone before they get here. Hey that sounded cool. I digress.

My experiment is working out quite well. No one has actually read my blog fully yet so far so good. I wonder if you will be the first.

Just to keep your interest at its peak I have:

(1) Discovered why this blog is important to every one that reads it and not for the obvious reason

(2) Found the secret to blogging and why it is done, again not as obvious as you may think.

(3) Realized that if it takes a year for me to make 1 dollar a day from my blog then blogging will make me millions without actually trying too hard.

(4) Anyone can have a blog that makes them a dollar a day.

So the question you should be asking yourself right now is;

Why am I reading this and where will I be in a year?

Pure Genius, If I Just Wanted Traffic.

What I am talking about is a place I stumbled across, not stumbleupon, but across and saw an avenue to help bloggers increase traffic to their blogs virtually on automatic.

How?

Set up a UAW account.

Add some simple changes to the blog.

Content is then added to your blog as often as you nominate.

At first I thought I would get articles full of junk. Not so plus I was able to have them saved as drafts and publish them as I saw fit. One site has them auto publish and so far this has been great.

Obviously you will not see this technique used on my blog here. If I got too much traffic there goes my experiment. Right?

A Place That Is No Help With My Goal

I went to spicypage but found that if you place your blog there they are spidered by the search engines very often so the chance of my site having few visitors from them is a bad idea. I will keep looking though. They may be a great place for someone who uses their blog a s a work from home blog or the like.

Purpose:

To somehow, someway create a blog that absolutely no one will want to visit. Ah ha.. reverse physiology is what your thinking, right? Maybe…

Well actually I could just set it to private and then that would be that but what sort of experiment is that? None at all, really, keep up with the program. Yes I find myself having silly conversations with myself often, not a biggie, I am the smartest guy around me at the moment. Okay I am alone! The comment still applies though.

How I Intend To Do This:

I think I will start by visiting every single blog about my favorite, if not eclectic topics, and leave a pertinent comment on them. Yes I am a philosopher but not following any philosophical ideas of late, society hasn’t caught up with my viewpoint just yet. It had better hurry up as I will not be here for too much longer. Anyway if I make up my mind to accomplish this I will have to start soon. Thinking…

So how will I know if what I wish to happen happens? It may seem obvious, no visitors to my blog means my purpose was fulfilled, right. Not so easy. There must be a matter of random visits which we cannot count. Then there are those that can not help themselves but comment on a blog when they come across one. I know this because I am one of those. So I have decided to run this for a predetermined time and then count up all the comments and with the total I will remove 20 % AS RANDOM VISITORS, 50% AS THOSE THAT DO NOT WANT THIS TO WORK, AND then 30% because I like the number 3 and even though I placed a 0 in front of it which does not matter as 0 is nothing so that said here we go.

Now I am feeling a little guilt because visitors who do drop by and waste their precious time reading this are going to justifiably feel jibed and rightly so if this was the end of the blog…but it is not.

So for those that have got this far, firstly I am sorry I made you read the dribble above, what can I say? I right what the little voice inside my head tells me to. Secondly the real purpose for this blog is to raise my earnings from a measly couple of bucks a day to hundreds.

Well I also have a private blog that will be given over to certain users at the end of my test. Want in then comment ONLY ” I want in ” and the first so many, well I have not decided how many just yet but if you are not on the list you will not get the address thus the information to duplicate what I am doing.
